Fluendo S.A. was present at the annual CeBIT trade fair in Hannover, where we demonstrated our Open MediaCenter, Elisa.

CeBIT is the world’s largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments. The key target groups are users from industry the wholesale/retail sector, skilled trades, banks, the services sector, government agencies, science and all users passionate about technology. CeBIT offers an international platform for comparing notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations. Deutsche Messe AG has organized CeBIT in Hannover each spring since 1986.

During CeBIT we demonstrated how Elisa works and the people who visited our stand were very impressed by the user comfort and the possibilities that Elisa offers.

Some comments that we have heard are:

*It is great that I can just use the remote control from my TV or my finger on a touch screen!

*I like it a lot that I can personalize the icons, organize the menus the way I want and even add some new services!

*The fact that Elise gives you direct access to different websites on which you can download, buy and watch movies, music and photos is really a plus!

*I cannot believe that there is one media-center which is compatible with Linux, Windows and Mac OSX at the same time. What an improvement!

*Elisa has just the right amount of options and is easy accessible and manageable menus.

For the members of the Fluendo team it was also a great experience to demonstrate at CeBIT and we are looking forward to see you all there next year!
